Rental Terms & Conditions
-Minimum age limit for car rental is 21 years
-Minimum age limit for renting moto/quad/buggy is 23 years
-The lessee must own the appropriate case for at least one (1) year
-The lessee must have a credit/debit card in their name to rent any vehicle
- No other vehicle is allowed to travel outside of Paros - Antiparos
- No more than two (2) drivers are allowed for each rented vehicle
-No insurance covers tires, rims, mirrors, windows, crystals, the interior and the bottom of the car.
-Damage or loss of vehicle keys are not covered by any insurance
- No refunds will be given if the vehicle is delivered earlier than the agreed date / time.
-Money for more fuel when returning the vehicle is non-refundable.
- Tickets are be paid by the lessee
The cancellation of the reservation must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled start of the vehicle rental, according to the booking made through the website or by phone. The following charges will apply for reservation cancellations:
If the cancellation notice is received by the Company at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled start of the vehicle rental, a full refund will be issued.
If the cancellation notice is received by the Company less than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled start of the vehicle rental, no refund will be provided.
In case of cancellation or modification of a reservation made via credit/debit card, the Company shall not be responsible for any monetary losses incurred due to exchange rate fluctuations between the time of the initial booking and the subsequent cancellation or modification (as applicable).
